Are your hearing aids as good as models that cost thousands of dollars from other providers?
Yes they are! The technology in them is exactly the same.
Can I get the Govt hearing subsidy or ACC subsidy when buying hearing aids from you?
At this point, no we are not able to any subsidies on our hearing aids HOWEVER even after subsidies are applied to hearing aids from providers, our hearing aids will still cost you less of the amount that you will still have to pay out of your own pocket.
What if I don’t like your hearing aids. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes we do! You get 100 days to decide if you like your new hearing aids from us. If for any reason you decide you don’t, then you can return them and we will refund you every cent without question.
How long do your hearing aids last for?
Our hearing aids should last for 4-6 years of normal use. Batteries and ear pieces will probably need replacing during this time but these are inexpensive.
Aren’t I best to get a comprehensive hearing test from an audiologist?
If that is your preference then yes we fully support your decision. If your test results indicate mild to moderate hearing loss with no other complications then we will still be able to offer you much more cost effective hearing aids if you are concerned about the cost.
Is the free hearing test you offer sufficient to detect if I have hearing loss?
Yes it is. We can also help to ascertain if you have other complications and if so can recommend an audiologist for you.
